Data protection

Information collected at the time of your registration for events organised during the IOPD conference (International Observatory on Participatory Democracy) is saved in a computer file by the local democracy mission of the City of Grenoble.

This processing is undertaken for registration purposes, to let you listen to debates in your mother tongue, and to provide you with information about events.
This processing is based on a public interest mission in the context of Grenoble, 2022 European Green Capital.
Personal data collected in the context of the conference will be kept until 31 January 2023. After this date, your data will be anonymised for statistical purposes.
In accordance with the provisions of law no. 78-17 of 6 January 1978 as amended, known as the Data Protection Act, you have the right to access data about you, to have it corrected if it is inaccurate, and to exercise your right to restrict the processing of your data.
You can oppose the processing for reasons relating to your particular situation.
